Hon Makebi Zulu is not rising by accident. His momentum is not manufactured. It is a natural response from a nation that can recognise strength, sincerity, and destiny when it appears. Inside and outside the Patriotic Front, people are uneasy about him because they know he carries something rare in our politics. He carries favour, courage, and that unmistakable grace we once saw on President Edgar Chagwa Lungu, the kind of grace that draws people without effort.
Hon Makebi Zulu speaks with fire but walks with humility. He shows conviction without arrogance, and he carries himself like a man who understands both the suffering of ordinary Zambians and the responsibility of leading them. The youths feel represented. Women feel respected. Those who loved ECL see a continuation of spirit. He does not imitate the past, he extends it.
He was not simply Edgar Chagwa Lungu’s lawyer. He was mentored, trusted, and shaped by him. He learned leadership, endurance, fairness, and service at close range. Today, as PF seeks renewal and direction, Makebi stands as the bridge between what PF once was and what Zambia still needs it to be.
But here is what makes this moment special. He is NEW.
Not new to politics. He has walked the valleys and climbed the hills. He has seen success, tasted defeat, endured pain, confronted injustice, taken blows, given answers, stood firm, and risen again. He comes out of it seasoned, sharpened, and transformed. He comes out of it NEW.
And with that renewed spirit comes a vision big enough for everyone.
Now Everyone Wins.
Farmers win.
Small businesses win.
Women win.
The youths win.
Families win.
Citizens win.
Zambia wins.
This is not a slogan. It is a promise emerging from a man who knows the cost of leadership and the value of fairness. He brings a forward-looking programme rooted in practical action.
• Long-term energy security
• A stronger Zambian stake in its own minerals
• Protection of constitutional freedoms
• Restoration of dignity and national unity
• A modernised, well-funded party infrastructure
• A media system capable of defending PF and informing the nation
He understands power not as a personal achievement but as a responsibility to strengthen the structures that carry it. Under his leadership, every ward, constituency, and province can expect real logistical support. Transportation, offices, communication tools, and consistent resources. He sees the party as an institution that must be fortified, modernised, and protected from ever being destroyed again.
This is why we are confident. This is why we believe ECL’s Plan B was not just strategy. It was foresight. It was preparation for a future that demanded both continuity and renewal.
Hon Makebi Zulu stands at that intersection.
The old wisdom.
The new spirit.
The continuity of legacy.
The promise of a fairer Zambia for the PF party and for every Zambian.
He is ready.
He is NEW.
And with him, Now Everyone Wins.
